- 目標
本計畫主要目的係透過研究主題與議題的設定，希望透過推動科技社群的建立，匯聚政產學研專家學者的知識與經驗，進而形成科技社群網絡，並能就國家重大科技政策議題，像是全國科技會議相關議題，進行先期分析、規劃與建議，提供政府科技專業支援，以提升我國整體科技發展能力。議題的研究以跨領域的產業價值創新融合為主要方向，希望藉由產業需求的科技、新興產業的發展與相關人才、制度與法規的分析與研究等方式，以期有效達成本計畫之目的。
